Psychonaut donates a portion of its profits to the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS)

Founded in 1986, the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit research and educational organization that develops medical, legal, and cultural contexts for people to benefit from the careful uses of psychedelics and marijuana.

Psychonaut Apparel’s ultimate goal is to help raise awareness to the many alternative options available to those seeking to heal themselves mentally and emotionally. And also, to support those facilitating the research that will help make these options available without fear of legal ramifications.

For far too long, highly beneficial plant-based medicines and other compounds have been demonized by the government and certain groups in society.

Science has now proven that solutions to our mental and emotional health challenges can be found outside of the pharmaceutical industry. We encourage you to educate and empower yourself, as well as others; to explore this amazing field of discovery that continues to unfold each day.

Some of you may be wondering why we structured our shop pricing the way we did. Here’s the story…

To the point of launch, Psychonaut has been a labor of love by yours truly. My name is Debra and I have an unrelenting calling to serve others.

You may notice the repeating numbers in our prices. They have played a significant role in my reality for as long as I can remember.

We use a print on demand and fulfillment service for products, which means the bulk of the cost goes to them. Most of our shirts feature double-sided prints which cost more but means you can rock the Psychonaut logo at all times. This is essential as you are our street team… contributing to our mission to RAISE AWARENESS!

In addition to the cost of goods, we cover the cost of shipping. We have additional costs of advertising to help us reach as many Psychonauts as possible!

And last but not least, we will be donating a portion of proceeds to MAPS.org – the organization heading the cause to get effective treatment to those that need it most.
